The latest published draft is draft-ietf-moq-transport-22 (1 Oct 2026). That revision is editorial after draft-21.
Seattle week is hybrid. Oct 12–13 targets draft-20 for formal interop (draft-18 best-effort). Oct 14–15 is issue discussion. Minutes: interim-2026-moq-23.
